I can’t say enough good things about Live Oak Electrical Services. They stepped in on just one day’s notice to fix an issue left behind by another electrician (not from their company) and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The work was done quickly, professionally, and to a very high standard. On top of that, their pricing was extremely fair—especially given the short notice of the job. It’s rare to find a company this responsive, honest, and skilled.
These guys did a great job. I had some new light fixtures assembled and installed, some razor lights, a doorbell system, and a few switches rewired and replaced. They came out for an estimate within a couple of days and the work was done the next week. My brother is an electrician ( in another state)and he reviewed the estimate for me, said the prices were very reasonable and fair. They arrived early to the job and finished it all in one day. I am very pleased with the quality of work!
The techs are the reason I use these guys. Professional, never complaining, no excuses, clean up behind themselves, and always thank me for the opportunity to work. If you aren’t using these guys you should. I was in the business for 30 years and the techs make and break your business. I also find bad techs are a sign of poor leadership. I kept putting off replacing my industrial ceiling fans because of our super high 24′ tall ceilings. I’d seen the Live Oak Electrical Service Truck on the road, and now in our Centre so I asked if they’d come over and take a look. The supervisor said no problem, we can do that from a ladder. I had a bid by that afternoon and my fans replaced 6 days later! Great communication, online payment tools, appointment reminder with a photo of our installer Christian. They inspired confidence. Money well spent.
